Carpentry and woodworking: Repairing decks (non-structural), shelves, doors, fences, and furniture assembly/repair.
Drywall and plaster: Patching holes and minor repairs.
Painting and finishing: Interior painting.
Minor home repairs: Fixing squeaky doors, repairing window screens, caulking, and weatherstripping.
Assembly and installation: Furniture, blinds/curtains, and shelving.
Exterior maintenance: Gutter cleaning/repair (minor), and deck staining.
Minor electrical: Labeling electrical panels (identifying circuits without wiring changes), installing smoke/CO detectors (battery or plug-in types), and changing light bulbs.
Minor plumbing: Changing shower heads.
Other general tasks: Hanging pictures/TVs, minor concrete patching, organizing garages, and seasonal prep (e.g., storm windows).
We provide a 10% discount to seniors and veterans (proof of veteran status is required). There is a minimum charge of $100. Additional charges will apply for increases in the scope of work upon approval. We are fully insured and veteran-operated. We are committed to doing the job right!
